Approval of the July 2009 Meeting Minutes:  Members voting for approval of minutes as presented: Richard Hanley, Phil Dukes, Tracy Babbidge, Kevin Hennessy, John Mengacci, Michael Cassella, Jeff Gaudiosi, Joel Gordes, Tim Cole, and Dave Carey. Melissa Buckley abstained; Tony Sheridan had not yet arrived.

Approval of the 2010 Budget:  Members voting for approval of the 2010 budget as presented: Phil Dukes, Tracy Babbidge, Kevin Hennessy, Michael Cassella, Jeff Gaudiosi, Joel Gordes, Tim Cole, Melissa Buckley and Dave Carey. Richard Hanley abstained and John Mengacci was not present for the vote.
