CEAB Service Requests for Proposals

The State of Connecticut, Office of Policy and Management, is seeking proposals to provide certain services related to assisting the Connecticut Energy Advisory Board (CEAB) in reviewing and approving or reviewing, modifying and approving a comprehensive plan for the procurement of electric energy resources ("procurement plan") submitted by Connecticut distribution companies.  

The intent of the request is to identify individuals or firms with the necessary expertise to conduct a detailed review and analysis of the procurement plan submitted by Connecticut distribution companies and to submit a detailed report with recommendations on  changes to the plan.
