CEAB Procurement Plan Review

CL&P and UI have delivered their Integrated Resource Plan to the Connecticut Energy Advisory Board (CEAB).  On January 4, 2008 they presented an overview of the Plan to the Board.

CEAB received written public comments on the plan and a public hearing was held  Monday, February 11, 2008 in Room 2D of the Legislative Office Building in Hartford at 4 p.m.

CEAB's consultants provided the board with initial findings on the plan compared to legislative requirements and CL&P and UI jointly reached out to the board in a letter offering cooperation in finalizing a plan for submittal to DPUC in light of findings and comments.  In early March 2008, CEAB wrote to the chairs of the Energy and Technology Committee of the legislature informing them of the status and the planned process going forward to complete the plan.
