CEAB Preferential Criteria
for Evaluation of Energy Proposals
As part of a process for the development and siting of certain energy facilities established pursuant to section 18 of Public Act 03-140, the Connecticut Energy Advisory Board (CEAB) has developed preferential standards or criteria that will support and balance energy reliability, environmental and natural resource protection, cost effectiveness and quality of life goals.
