CEAB Electric Conservation Program Study Overview
On January 8, 2008, the Connecticut Energy Advisory Board released its draft Electric Conservation Program study as part of its requirement in CT Public Act 07-242, Section 59. Written public comments were due no later than January 21, 2008 to CEAB ). Two public hearings were held on January 22, 2008 at the Legislative Office Building in Hartford. The study is due to be approved for submission to the Legislature's Energy and Technology Committee on February 1, 2008.
