CEAB Tasks
Public Act 11-80, An Act Concerning the Establishment of the Department of Energy and Environmental Protection and Planning for Connecticut's Energy Future, reconstitutes the Connecticut Energy Advisory Board (CEAB) and modifies its mission as of July 1, 2011.
The Board shall report to the General Assembly on the status of programs administered by the Department of Energy and Environmental Protection; consult with the Commissioner of Energy and Environmental Protection regarding the integrated resource plan developed pursuant to section 16a-3a of the General Statutes; and review, within available resources, requests from the General Assembly.
